Off to See the Wizard


I've had a charm pack of Wizard of Oz fabrics that I bought specifically to make a table topper for my daughter's apartment. Since she'll be moving in in 2 weeks I thought I better get started on it today. I cut the charms, sewed them up, added 2 simple borders and then even quilted and machine bound it....All ready and waiting for her move. I'm sorta in a state of shock that I finished something BEFORE it was needed...

    Cute little topper, Peggy! It'll sure brighten up any table. I know what you mean about the "shock" finishing before it was needed. I think it comes with sewing. It just takes too long to get things done.
