What do you see?

What do you see when you sit at your sewing machine?  I have two views.  One is of my stash closet and the other is of my backyard out the side window.
During the summer I can see the pool all nice and blue, leaves on the trees, flowers along the house and I can hear the birds and other outside noises.  There's only one drawback to looking out the window, it's the roof of the downstairs sunroom, but it's a small issue and I'm happier just to have a window and to be able to see outside.

Straight ahead of my machine is the closet minus the doors with metal shelving inside the closet.
I was going to put a curtain over the door but then I wouldn't be able to see all the pretty fabric just sitting there waiting to be turned into quilts.

I guess I could say that I'm just "happy" to have a room of my own that I can sew in and not have to clean up and put away every time I want to create.....

     How about you?

PS:  It's 50 degrees here in New Jersey and I'm loving that I'm not looking out at snow today!

I look into the kitchen, or if I sit on the other side, out at the pacific with Lanai in the distance :)
I'm a kitchen table sewer, one day i'll have my own room, but then I won't have the view! hm...

I see Peppy's cousin waving! The window looks like it gives you good lighting for sewing.

Great view Peg! And spring is coming so your view will only get better and better as the weeks go on!
